✅ 1. Overview of Services

DueSnap is a payment reminder and recovery automation tool built for gyms and fitness studios. We connect to your payment system (such as Stripe) and send human-first reminders to members after failed or missed payments via email and SMS.

We also notify your staff of unpaid dues and provide optional cancellation flows to streamline operations.

🧾 2. Eligibility & Account Use

By using DueSnap, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are authorized to act on behalf of your gym or organization.
• You will provide accurate and current information for setup (e.g. staff contact info, cancellation policy, etc.).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including any API keys or login details provided to us.

💳 3. Billing & Payment

• Our pricing starts at $59.99/month, billed monthly.
• There are no setup fees and you may cancel at any time.
• Invoices will be emailed to the address on file.
• Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.
• If you're unsatisfied or experience an issue, reach out — we're here to help.

🔄 4. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@duesnap.com or directly within your billing system (if self-service cancellation is enabled).

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• You fail to make payment after multiple reminders

All data and messaging flows will be discontinued upon cancellation.

🔐 5. Data & Privacy

We handle gym and member data with strict privacy practices. For details on how we collect, use, and secure data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We do not store or process sensitive payment information like credit card numbers — this is handled securely by Stripe or your payment processor.

You are responsible for ensuring your members have consented to communication (email/SMS) per applicable privacy laws.

🛠️ 6. Service Limitations

DueSnap is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee:

• That reminders will always result in recovered payments
• That third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe, Twilio, Zapier) will remain uninterrupted
• That members will not choose to cancel after receiving a reminder

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional outages may occur.

📩 7. Communications

By using DueSnap, you consent to receive transactional and operational emails from us. You may also receive occasional updates or promotions — opt out anytime.

For urgent notices (like payment failures or downtime), email is our primary communication channel.

💼 8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code associated with DueSnap is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our service without written permission.

You retain ownership of your customer/member data.

⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability

DueSnap is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue from missed payments
• Member dissatisfaction or cancellations resulting from automated messages
• Errors caused by third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, etc.)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DueSnap in the past 90 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version and update the effective date. Continued use of the service means you accept the new Terms.
